Pristine units with several size options to fit your needs. Even more impressive is the friendly service. We selected a unit that was just a bit too small for our boat to fit, so after hours on Saturday night, I called their phone number to leave a message to explain our challenge, hoping they would call me first thing Monday morning. I was surprised when they picked up the call, and we were able to immediately move into a new unit.

Amazing facility this HAS to be the best facility in the northwest suburbs. Karen and Rick (owners) have been very helpful with any question I’ve had. This is an all concrete facility! why is that important because you will never have to work around guys seal coating the asphalt every year like you would at other facilities. I would highly recommend American General Storage for all your storage needs. I’m renting a 14x40 unit and it has storage defender on it so any time someone enters I get a text message so I feel comfortable storing valuable items!“

I recently had to find storage for all my college furniture. The complex is brand new which is really nice, and the prices are really affordable. Both the managers are extremely friendly and even helped me move all my furniture into the unit when I was struggling with some things. Highly recommend!Introducing SMART UNITS!

Our Storage Defender monitor emits an audible beeper deterrent and immediately notifies you through text messaging if someone has entered your unit! Handy for those who don't plan to visit their unit often.
No app necesary. Simple-to-use, state-of-the-art, smart technology service to provide an extra layer of security for peace of mind.
SMART Units are $12.00/month and can be added online during the move in process.
